Scope and Coverage

This monthly virtual journal contains articles that have appeared in one of the participating source journals and that fall within a number of contemporary topical areas in quantum information, including quantum computing, cryptography, error correction, and theoretical andexperimental investigations of entanglement. The articles are primarily those that have been published in the previous month; however, at the discretion of the editors older articles may also appear, particularly review articles. Links to other useful Web resources on quantum information are also provided.

A description of the features of the Virtual Journals may be found in the Online Help page for this virtual journal.

How to Cite Articles Appearing in the Virtual Journal

When citing an article that has appeared in this virtual journal, the source journal article should be cited -- the virtual journal itself should not be cited. For a given virtual journal article, the appropriate full citation for the source journal article appears in the virtual journal table of contents entry and in the virtual journal abstract for that article. The article citation information is also found in the source journal resources to which the virtual journal points, including the full text of the article.
